Not a statement of conformance. A list of what is known to be wrong with this site, ranked by how much it gets in the way, with what to do instead until each is fixed. Anything not listed was tested and passed.

Tested and passing

Keyboard only, no mouse: all thirty four pages, in a sensible order, with a visible focus outline and a skip link
Text at 200 percent: nothing cut off at a 1280 viewport
Contrast: every text and background pair measured, AA or better
Heading order: no level skipped on any page
Image descriptions: written for somebody who cannot see the frame, not filenames
Reduced motion: the one animation is removed entirely when the system asks
Form labels: real labels attached to fields, never placeholder text pretending
Table headers: row and column headers on every table, so a screen reader can say which column a figure is in
Meaning carried by color: none anywhere. The company count is a number in words; the tally is decoration

The same job, three other ways

In person: by appointment at 707 Virginia Street East, Suite 1035, because it is an office and not a shop

Reporting something not on this list

Write to [changes@travelundercost.com](mailto:changes@travelundercost.com) naming the page, the browser or reader in use, and the thing that happened where something else should have. An answer in writing follows inside five working days, and the item joins the list above whether or not it has been fixed by then.

Say once how you need things delivered. It is written down and applied to every proposal after that, unprompted.

What is outside our control

The documents each operating company issues. Ours are plain. Theirs are theirs, and on a four company trip there are four sets. Should one turn up in a form you cannot use, say the word: it is read aloud down the line, or set out again in something workable.
