Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, and Wednesday until 7 pm, Eastern Time

Somebody is at the desk from 9 am on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, until 5:30 pm, and on Wednesday the office stays open until 7 pm for people who cannot telephone during a working day. Outside those hours nobody is here, and nothing on this site suggests otherwise.

This is a working office on an upper floor, not a shop you can walk into. Ring ahead and somebody will be expecting you.

Four things that will not happen here

Ring you for having read a page: no. The only outbound calls made are to people who requested one
Ask for card details: no, by any means. Not a cent is collected at this desk, so anyone ringing to ask for a card is not us, whatever name they give
Pass your details on: only to the companies that must issue a document in your name, and never your mail address or your budget. Each item's route is on the privacy page
Keep contacting you: a single line stops it for good, and no reason is needed

While you are travelling

Your document carries a line for each company on your trip, so a four company trip gives you four of them. In the small hours those lines can shift something and this one cannot. Tell us afterwards and we take it up at opening.

Your name it has to match the passport later, so give the full one

Where the figure goes used for that and nothing else

Telephone, if you prefer rung only if writing cannot settle it

How much joining up you want us to do this is the question that changes the shortlist

Charged nothing, not for the figure nor for any of the work behind it
Committed nothing on either side, and that holds after the figure lands too
Card fields here zero, on this page and on every other one

These boxes are checked here in the browser before anything moves, and that check is switched off, so the button is too. Send the same details as an ordinary mail to enquiries@travelundercost.com and they land in the identical place. Six lines do it: who you are, the address to answer, an approximate month, everybody coming plus the age of anybody under eighteen, and a ceiling you would rather stay beneath.
