Who you are dealing with
- This company
- Travel Under Cost LLC, 707 Virginia Street East, Suite 1035, Charleston, WV 25301. A West Virginia company and the only one behind this site. Puts trips together. Never handles the money. Performs none of the travelling
- You
- Whoever is asking. Settles with each operating company face to face, never with this desk
- The operating companies
- The airlines, hotels, ships, tour operators, rail operators and car companies named in your proposal. They perform the trip, take the payment, and write the rules that decide a refund
Using this site, or asking for a figure, puts what follows between us.

| Payment | To tell you every deposit date and balance date in writing before you agree | Anything about the money itself. Each company takes its own, on its own schedule, with its name on your statement. This office never holds it |
| Cancellation | To read every applicable schedule, give you one total before anything is cancelled, and cancel only on your written word | Any power to waive, override or refund on a company's behalf. Their schedules govern, and they differ per contract |
| Changes | To price a change across the whole chain before you commit | Any obligation from a company to accept one, or to accept it at the fee first quoted |
| Documents | One itinerary with every address, time and reference in day order, delivered electronically at no charge | Passports, visas and entry permissions. This office does not advise on immigration, visas or entry rules for anybody, and points you at the issuing authority |
