Southeast Asia, Sixteen Nights, Three Countries

The longest trip on this sheet and the one with the most joins. Five separate companies, sixteen nights, five hotels and three border crossings, all of it holding together because one document says what happens on which morning.

The four companies this trip depends on, and what each one owes you

The regional airlineThe two hops between countries, on carriers that change schedules with more notice than apologyIts own rules, and the restricted regional fares are neither refundable nor changeableWorth marking. A schedule change here moves a hotel night, and we rebook the hotel rather than let you arrive to a room you no longer need
The five hotels, held as one arrangementSixteen nights across five properties, breakfast at each, and each chosen for the walk from where you actually arriveFive separate schedules. All five are printed, because five different answers is the truth and one average is notRehousing at their own cost

Five schedules, and why we print all five

Cancel this trip and you will get five answers. Averaging them into a single percentage would be simpler to read and would be false, so the proposal lists them separately and totals the actual figure at the bottom.

What sixteen nights asks of you

Three countries means two travel days that are only travel days, and an itinerary pretending otherwise has been written to look good rather than to work. Border formalities differ in all three and are yours to satisfy: this office does not advise on visas, passports or entry rules, for anybody, anywhere, and points you at the issuing authority instead.
